With us moving to a non-receptionist model of practice – things are different for sure but we continue to work hard on serving you and developing new offerings to help you reduce and prevent pain and lead a healthier, happier life.
Ways that Claire is currently serving you and the office are:
- Rapid response to calls, text and emails during appointment hours
- Waitlist service – if you need an appointment sooner please contact us with days and times that suit within Dr Tucker’s appointment hours and we will let you know if something comes up
- Personal Shopping Appointments – Claire will meet you by appointment to assist with self care products and supplements (Pillows, Ice Packs, Exercise Aids etc). We are looking into an online ordering option too.
- Management of online screening process, receipt, acknowledgment and pinning to client files
- New Client Intake Procedure Monitoring
- Monitoring of online booking, fixing any problems, helping clients get familiarized with online booking and making improvements to online booking (within the restrictions of what our software currently allows)
- Regulation Compliance
- Billing to Extended Health, MSP, ICBC and Worksafe
- Extended Health Statement Reconciliation
- Adding new Ext Health Providers to our Direct Billing list when available
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Facebook, Newsletter and Blog Updates
- Development of Service Improvements
- Meeting with Dr Tucker regarding Client Files that need Reports etc, assistance with Report submission
- Product and Service Development
- Bookkeeping and Budgeting
- Liaising with other Support Providers – Patient Software, IT, Accountant etc
- All Round Management and Trouble Shooting!
