We often get asked Why Appointment Hours Are Not “Full Time Hours”. From the outside one may look at appointment availability and wonder to oneself: “Why are the appointment hours Dr Tucker offers not 40 hours a week”. Well – the answer is:
1) Dr Tucker spends time outside appointment hours writing up reports, meeting
with staff or other practitioners and carrying out professional development
which is required by the regulatory body.
2) We are working on developing other ways to support your care including Telehealth service, exercise prescription with video instruction etc
3) Dr Tucker has a passion for Functional Fitness and Longevity topics and
immerses himself in researching these areas.
- Did you know that Dr Tucker not only has a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, but is also a Certified Yoga Practitioner and is a Certified Re-Set Trainer?
- This is in addition to countless hours spent in Chiropractic Technique Seminars and in individual research. Through this Dr Tucker has built his knowledge in the area of “Adding not only Years to Your Life, but Life to your Years”.
- Dr Tucker is working on separate projects in this area however some knowledge gained benefits you as clients within the scope of Chiropractic.
4) Dr Tucker spends part of his weeks with his daughter. This precious time cannot be captured later.
Sorry No Friday Appointments – Dr Tucker has not offered Friday appointments for a long time prior to the COVID-19 restrictions and due to work required outside of practice hours, other projects and commitments he will not be offering Friday appointments going forward – this is apart from exceptions at his discretion or amendments to hours around Statutory Holidays/Christmas etc
